Aerobics
Every Monday morning, the Village Hall transforms into a hub of energy and movement as the local aerobics class takes place.
Led by instructor Donna Pope, the class attracts participants of all ages eager to improve their fitness and well-being. With upbeat music setting the tempo, attendees engage in a series of high-energy exercises designed to boost cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility.
The sessions are lively and inclusive, offering modifications to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.
Beyond the physical benefits, the class fosters a sense of community and motivation, as members encourage each other to push their limits and celebrate their progress together.
