Yoga
The Village Hall becomes a serene sanctuary for the local yoga class.
Participants gather, mats in hand, to immerse themselves in 2 hours of relaxation and rejuvenation. Led by a skilled instructor, the class caters to all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
The sessions focus on improving flexibility, strength, and mental clarity through a series of poses and breathing exercises.
The tranquil atmosphere and gentle guidance create a space where everyone can unwind and reconnect with themselves.
